Reliable delivery requires sufficient storage capacity. Strobel Quarzsand permanently holds up to 15,000 tonnes of moist sand and 7,000 tonnes of dried sand in stock – the basis for just-in-time deliveries, even for short-notice requirements.
Moist Sand and Dry Sand Storage at a Glance
Our moist sand storage hall offers a capacity of around 15,000 tonnes and ensures that processed wet sand is always available for drying or direct delivery.
For dried silica sand, additional storage silos with a capacity of 7,000 tonnes are available.
These buffer capacities allow us to absorb short-term demand peaks from our customers and ensure stable supply reliability – independent of seasonal fluctuations in raw sand extraction.
