For us, raw material extraction is a temporary use of the landscape – what emerges afterward is something we actively help shape. Through recultivation and renaturation, our former pits give rise to new habitats for animals and plants alongside forestry and agricultural land. In ongoing operations, too, we act consistently in line with the principles of sustainability.
